Chosen Solution I recently took apart this laptop to replace the fan. In the process I did not take enough care with the hinges for the display. The plastic broke where it was screwed in. It’s still fully disassembled and I want to try to repair it. I was thinking it would possibly work if I just found a plastic adhesive. The screen is likely going to need to be replaced. Try opening the device and seeing if the screen connector is corroded, and if it is clean it with 99% isopropyl alcohol....
Chosen Solution I put two 8GB DDR 3 1333 MH ram in my mac mini Mid 2011. It booted fine and the RAM showed up on the “About this mac” window indicating that it was OK, but after a short time it froze and the monitor had coloured lines running horizontal. Tried it with an 8 GB chip and a 4GB chip. It work okay for half an hour then went ape sh#t again....

Other times it will boot up normally, but if I apply pressure to the case to the left of the trackpad or lift and move the computer around with any kind of velocity it will display lines like this and either go back to normal after releasing pressure or shut off: I have tried every kind of RAM configuration and with different verified RAM sticks, and have determined it is not (at least simply) a RAM issue....

Daughter/audio board has been marks on it and it looks like that is where the power button presses, but I wanted to see if we could turn the machine on with just the main logic board. Chosen Solution Hi, I have a Yamaha psr-e223 and after removing the rubber contacts and cleaning/undusted the card, the B2 flat note keeps “ghostly” triggering itself, I turn it off and on but after a while it triggers itself again, first randomly beating but then soon gets stuck pressed on, disassemble everything again and double checked, but the note keeps triggering itself with not external/mechanical touch to the board. where is the problem?...

When I opened the phone, I saw a little bit of corrosion between the home button connector and the rear camera connector. Any idea how I could fix this?
