Chosen Solution Has anyone come up with a solution to fix this? I thought maybe replacing the buttons might work, but the only part you can buy right now is the button membrane, which doesn’t help. The only solutions i’ve seen currently is to either put a piece of tape in between the button and shell so the button doesn’t catch, or to open up the steam deck and sand down the inside of the b button hole so it’s nice and smooth....

It started charging but again stopped charging Hello, have you changed the battery? I would think that the problem lies in the battery. Just replace battery should work fine. Chosen Solution Is there a BIOS version available which allows AHCI on an Satellite A100-407 laptop? Your system has a SATA I (1.5 Gb/s) HD presently which is running in IDE mode. As to AHCI: You have such an old system I’m not sure if Toshiba offers AHCI support in the last BIOS update they offered for your system (ACPI Flash BIOS version 5.60 for Satellite A100 (PSAA5U/PSAAKU)) See if this works otherwise I’m afraid you’re stuck in IDE mode....
Chosen Solution I just got a mid 2011 iMac running OS X El Capitan. If I buy the upgrade kit would I be able to update my operating system? You should be able to upgrade it (to high Sierra) without the kit. Here’s a link to the macOS files How to get old versions of macOS I would recommend creating a bootable OS installer thumb drive and given the system you should stick with Sierra (HFS+ file system) or if you need something newer I would go upto Mojave (APFS file system) but that will require DosDude to run....
Chosen Solution I tore out my ignition to crank it with a screw driver, I did it 6 months ago, Now my truck starts then shut off because of the security system, how can I disable it???? My fiance said to wire the middle wire and the one closest to the driver door together, use the screwdriver as the key and go through a process of rebooting the security which is 3 sets of 10 second and 10 minute intervals....
Chosen Solution I have a Sony 70-200 FE 4 that has a very worn lens ring. Can I replace the E mount ring on a Sony Lens? It appears that the electronic contacts aren’t a part of the ring itself so I’ve got hope this is a user replaceable option. Chosen Solution 1997 Honda Accord EX with ~240k miles. Started struggling a little to start ~4 weeks ago and replaced the battery, seemed to solve the issue. No symptoms or issues until a few days ago when the car died on me…I had driven it back and home from work, stopped at the gym, and then made a dinner stop. I found the two wires to connect to my led lights on my back rack, but cannot understand why I don’t have any power going to the wires?? is there something that i have to connect under the hood to achieve power to my lights? As its focused on the middle in Zoom. Go into General > Accessibility > Zoom then see if the Zoom is enabled It’s a software glitch, turn off your iPad, wait like 5 minutes and then boot it up....
Chosen Solution I opened an external harddrive. The drive inside had 5VDC - 0.7A 12VDC - 0.5A The drive I want to replace it with has: 5VDC - 0.60A 12VDC - 0.45A Can I replace the drive without any problem or will it break down due to the extra Amp pushed into it? @junounchanged you are fine with that drive. The difference that small in amperage is negligible.

For best performance As a repair shop owner and tech, I recommend keeping it between 20-80% followed by a full discharge and recharge every month or so. Also take it off the charger as soon as it’s fully charged and avoid letting it sit on the charger over night....

Chosen Solution Left side of screen not responding to touch input. I replaced the digitizer (glass screen) but no change. I did not replace the LCD. Try cleaning the touch screen connector with isopropyl alcohol + could be dust inside the connector on one side. To confirm is the one side touch not working also before the screen replacement or after? Sometimes it can be caused by liquid damage near the touch screen connector as well....
Chosen Solution Hello, I bought a battery replacement recently for my MacBook Pro, it has been 10 days since I installed and and it seems almost everyday the health of the battery decreases. I calibrated it based on the instruction on website. I have an app that lets me know my battery health and remaining time left for till 0%. After ten days of installation (I haven’t been using it daily) the battery heath has decreased to 93% I feel like this is a vey rapid decrease and wanted to know it this has happened to anyone else or if there is anything that can be done....
