Chosen Solution The small spike that pierces the K-cup has broken off so no hole is made in the bottom of the K-cup for coffee to leave the cup. We have to pierce a hole in each K-cup to use the machine. Is there a replacement part available?

Trying to connect to external monitor through HDMI connection, but no connection. Tried to through Thunderbolt, and no connection. Chosen Solution Can it be repaired? Does encryption cause this? What can I do? encryption essentially locks a program to a cypher, and without that algorithm, a device cant read it. usually the algorythm is linked to a password, and thats the extent of it. Encryption should not cause this. I havent expressly encountered this issue, though as a Samsung Warranty Technician, my first step would be to factory reset it to remove any third party software that could potentially be causing this....

Chosen Solution I have ordered a complete, assembled display replacement (display, touch, earpiece/mic/etc. already installed, only needed to put it touchID home button), and the ambient light sensor won’t work. As some have mentioned, for the auto-brightness setting, they get the text in the accessibiliy/display accomodation settings, but not the actual on/off switch, hinting at a “missing” sensor (or what the software deems as not working sensor). The rest (proximity sensor, front facing camera, earpiece) do work just fine though....

Chosen Solution My phone will start charging then think that I unplugged charger about 7-8 times. then it will proceed to charge normal when powered off. When I unplug it it wont fully boot it will bootloop but when plugged in it boots fine. When its on it usually says the battery is at 0% although the battery was at 100% before boot. When I unplug charger it shuts off then bootloops....
Chosen Solution I tried to install a new battery in my iPhone 5s. Seems the old battery has melted enough to cause it to be stuck within the phone. I have been unable to get it out of the phone to put in the new battery. Suggestions? The battery melted? What happened to cause that? The battery is secured to the frame by two strong strips of adhesive. You can see the tabs attached to the end of the battery....

Chosen Solution I ran over my phone with my car after replacing my popped tire. I realised when i got home my phone was missing but i was able to locate it via gps and found it on the freeway emergency lane. The screen is crushed and the phone is slightly bent. The screen works but I cant use it due to my crushed screen. It just stays on lock screen and sometimes flashes....
