Chosen Solution I have a 24" Mid 2007 A1225 EMC 2134 that gives me a POST tone, 3 LED lights then shuts down and restarts. It then hangs on restart at the 3rd LED. Completely black screen. No signal to external monitor. The hard drive checks out on another machine and has 10.9.1 installed. I am finally just going to pay Apple support to see if I can get a correct answer before buying any parts....

When you say earpiece replacement, you mean you had a new earpiece installed onto your screen of your iPhone 6s correct? 100% contact the tech. The tech should have done a Pre-Exam & Post-Exam of your device....
Chosen Solution I have removed both screws, but the back panel will not slide up. I’ve tried increasing pressure, cleaning the sides with alcohol and increasing grip with some gaffer tape. I can’t replace the battery if I can’t open it. What am I doing wrong? The battery is probably expanding and putting pressure on the back glass making it harder to slide up. I would try putting the phone face down on a non slip surface like a rubber mat or something then slide the back up while putting slight downward pressure on the phone....

I’m with boost mobile and am currently on one of their unltd $30 or something like that and it has been paid for and up to date! Works fine connecting to wifi and Bluetooth. Maybe problem with mother board? It’s the most expensive phone I’ve ever bought and it’s really getting under my skin that it’s not working!...
Chosen Solution I have a rather old Sony receiver that claims it’s a STR AV-910. It has connections for four speakers, A and B with left and right options for both. For some reason, the left side speakers for both A and B connections make crackling noises whenever they’re plugged in. They will play music, but it is extremely staticky. I’ve removed the back and checked the wiring, but I can’t see anything obvious that might be causing the problem....

You will have to disassemble it and take a look around the armature for any burn marks etc. Post some images of your Metabo with your question so we can see what you see....

Chosen Solution Yesterday, my friend send his laptop to me to fix his mac book pro 13’ 2012 unibody. I took it apart and look at the fan that is not working well. So i tried heating up the fan using a heat gun without the logic board (i took it apart), it went a little faster, but then the computer shuts off and will not turn on. plugged in the magsafe charger, it stays green, battery is half when the left button was pressed, SMC reset only blinks the MagSAfe LED for a milisecond, but stays green...

Take the rear cover off and gently knock the bottom (where the charger port is) against the side of a table. My exterior speakers started working again. The no sound started after I accidentally dropped it. Try it. That worked for me.
Chosen Solution A customer came into my shop to replace her back camera because it wasn’t turning on and her flash wasn’t working either. after replacing it, it still didn’t work. any ideas on what the problem is and what can fix it? Erin, I would say it is either the logic board or software. I would try to backup the customers data and wipe it. If you still have issues after factory reset then you know it is likely the logic board....
Chosen Solution Just to make this short and sweet, I already replaced the screen, and the LVDS cable. I also tested the back light fuse and it does work. I bought the mac off Craigslist a few months ago and when I bought it the screen flickered every now and then. It was the back light dimming and shutting off for a second or two. The logic board was replaced by apple years ago after a water spill but it didn’t fix the flickering issue....

It says power source: power adapter. It also says Battery not charging.} I installed a replacement battery from ifixit for my mbp 15” early 2013 and the install went fine, everything works… except… the battery won’t charge. It arrived with 70% and even with the power adapter connected it has slowly run down to 1%....

It also write plunged in charging when click on the Icon at the system tray, but cross the battery, and it will never show battery level or percentage. Chosen Solution hi, my laptop when i turn on it is very hot and the screen is off (black) please help me thanks When a laptop gets real hot, it usually means its getting over heated. What I would do would to open the device up to where you can see the motherboard and see if there are any signs of burns or liquid damage. If it all looks clean then you might try redoing the thermal paste on the heat sink....
Chosen Solution My display is showing grey lines through my screen and will sometimes return to the original state. But it will mot stay there. I have tried reseting it and turning on and off multiple times. Also tried putting pressure on all sides of the ipad and yet nothing has happened to ensure what the problem is. Any help???? Sounds like LCD damage to me, maybe it was dropped or too much pressure was put on it?...
Chosen Solution Hi. Replaced the screen on my iPhone 8 plus. Everything went well. The phone booted up fine initially however after a while it stopped booting. Now I simply see the apple logo and then it shuts off Help please Plug your iPhone with your PC, run iTunes, make a backup file then restore it to factory settings. If you haven’t upgrade your phone to iOS 13 then iTunes will probably do it while restoring....
