Chosen Solution My mac was working just fine and then suddenly it stopped working. The computer boots up but the display is black. I’ve been able to get it to turn on randomly but if I close it and open it back up I can’t get it to boot up for a while no matter what I do. Chosen Solution I replaced the display on my Iphone 6, using a kit from ifixit, back in September 2015. Around November ‘15 I started noticing a single blueish circle forming towards the middle/left of the screen. The circle keeps growing and as of now I also have a blueish tink in other areas of the screen. Any ideas what may be happening? Happened to me when I fixed my friend’s iPhone, for me it was only a bubble of humidity that was stuck between the metal plate and the LCD, I opened the phone, removed the metal plate, let the phone open for 5 min to be sure that the humidity was gone (you can use a hairdryer if you are lazy), and put everything back....

Chosen Solution I have an s9+ (factory reset) and as im typing it seems like it has to “think” and then picks up later on. Maybe it doesnt freeze and my taps arent registering I am not sure. But if i go to type “Hello world” it will end up looking like “he rld” or something of the sort, and if I type slow and methodical everything seems fine, its only like that if I type fast which is not the case on my iphone....
Chosen Solution Miele Compact C2 Electro + Powerline. I suspect it’s the electrical connection because the power to the beater head turns off and back on pretty randomly during use. It used to seem like various maneuvers like shaking it would bring it back on. Fixable? How? Thank you! Your carbon brushes in the beater head are likely worn down. You can fix it! Try giving the side of the beater head a good whack and see if that settles things into place....
Chosen Solution I busted the screen on my iPhone 4 16gb but have bought a nice used 8gb for parts (that works great). What’s the minimum I can swap over to keep the 16gb capacity and all my info and stuff? Can I just move the logic board over to the good 8gb phone? Storage is attached to the motherboard, if you change the board it will be the storage on that board, you can backup your old phone and restore on the other one to keep your information....

Thanks You can only transfer it to a new housing made for the exact same phone. Only iPhones do have option of ‘upgrading’ the housing, you can get iPhone 12 housing for XR etc....
Chosen Solution Wondering if anyone can check the external temperature of there phone to see if my phone is normal or not. In a 72-75 degree fahrenheit room, scrolling through facebook or switching between sites on safari can cause the phone to hit 90 degrees… This also happens on my 7… I would appreciate this so much. Hi Lee, that usually is a sign that the heater core is leaking and requires a replacement. In order to do that the dash needs to be pulled and is a pretty labor intensive job. My mechanic told me that the vents get mildew in them....

Chosen Solution Tried the “dime test” and still cannot adjust beater down as set screw will not move any further right. I had this problem too. All the videos say to adjust th screw 1/4 turn to the right to lower the beater until it barely moves a dime 1/2" with each pass of the beater. I figured out if turn screw to the right as instructed, it made the dime test worse....

Chosen Solution Hi. Bought an iFixit battery replacement kit for an aging 6S. Performed the replacement without too much worry, however I felt like the battery connector to the main board was very loose, just floating there and only held down by the covering bracket (compared to the display connectors which all had a positive attachment). Immediately after the install I charged it first via a faulty/intermittent charging cable, before rapidly transferring it to a better charger....
