Chosen Solution Note that the device is wrong, this is an Acer A515-43-R19L not the one listed. This is the version with an AMD CPU. After installing Linux (Linux Mint 19.1) on the computer (unknown if coincidental or not) it worked fine for a while, but then one morning I got up and the computer would not boot . There are no power LEDs on the computer that are lit up, pressing the battery reset button does not resolve the issue....

Chosen Solution After a strong rain, my TV got water in between it’s screen and display I believe. The wet sport are lighter than the other parts of the TV. How can I fix it? Alexander Arabadjiev the only way to “fix” this would be by dismantling the panel and drying/cleaning the diffuser sheets etc. It’s a bit of a PITA to do this. We would need to know your exact TV make and model number to see if we can find some sort of guide for you....

Chosen Solution Hey all, I replaced the display frame on my oneplus 5, it seems to be working again but when I try to start the phone it boots in fastboot mode & keeps scrolling through the menu options. I can’t select anything when it does that, though pressing volume down stops it from scrolling. When I hold down the power button for a few secs it powers down. It also does this without the backcover mounted so I don’t think it’s stuck....

Chosen Solution My Idol 5s (from Cricket) is charging strangely. It’s either charging very slowly or sometimes not at all. This is happening with multiple cords and chargers (computer, car, home). I think I may have slightly ‘wrenched’ the charging cord out last week, so I think I may have either loosened or bent something in the charging port. Chosen Solution So to make a long story short I was being careless and the antenna cable that is soldered next to the lightning port came off. I was curious how I can go about reattaching it. The solder spot seems to be covered in hot glue. I still have the cable too. Any help would be great! Thanks, Shane Best to just replace the part it’s only a few dollars....

Chosen Solution Hi I have an vizio d48f-e0 from my girlfriend her kids did something to it see what looks like crack in the screen. Back light and sound work but no picture hoping it can be fixed. No signs of damage on the boards inside or anything. I can post pic if needed. @nicklee this is absolutely a cracked LCD. There is nothing left to do but to try and find a replacement....

Chosen Solution When I turn on my tablet the battery lasts only 40 minutes of charge or sometimes less I apologize, but I am going to have to mark this as a “not helpful” question, simply because there wasn’t one. Not much information alongside it doesn’t help us, so we aren’t able to help you very well. However, if you were wondering why the battery wasn’t lasting as long as you expected, it is in part a few things: If you had received the RCA tablet used, then the battery has likely had several charge/discharge cycles, enough for it to loose a bit of longevity....

Chosen Solution I would like to know if anyone knows if the Nvidia Shield Portable uses 2 18650 batteries or not. Would like to know the mah rating and amps, weather they are flattop or not. also Would like to know the part number for the analog stick board shown there on the breakdown to see if NVIDIA would allow shipping that to me. The batteries are standard 18 650s however some models came with three and some came with two you’re going to need to pull yours apart to figure it out....

Chosen Solution It doesn’t drive anymore. When it should drive forward, there is some sort of sound, but it does not go anywhere. I also tried to use Test button, it does the same. Only shooting works. This sounds like the motors are stalled. I would turn the drive wheels by had a bit and see if it frees up. Make sure you have fresh batteries in it. These things were battery hogs....

I think you’ll need to get to an independent repair shop who has micro-soldering skills and knows how to fix your system....
