If on POST Screen you can press on the Tab key to see more info. Normally stalled / error hard disk, faulty drives connecting to the sata ports, etc can stall the detection. I would suggest you to remove the sata drives one by one to eliminate or find the issues....
Chosen Solution So,…the tv is actually a sharp lcd…but sharp was not an option. It has a strange bar..it almost looks like something fell behind the screen. I ran a pixel fixer from youtube and it did nothing. Is this tv trash? @deztheray that looks like a bad panel.

In a dark room try to shine a torch at the TV screen to see if you have picture displaying on your screen. If there is, you can be certain that the problem is with your LED strips in the TV, which are not illuminated due to some fault....

You say you have tried “everything” but you haven’t told us what you have tried. For example have you gone to this link which will take you to the blink and beep codes: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c0… So the number of blinks and beeps is important. Count them as they occur....

I don’t know if it has a CFW installed or not, if its like the one that actually works in that case it only has FBI installed. None of the 3DS’s i bought came with a SD card. To get to Device Manager, press the Win key + x key (both together) and click on Device Manager > expand Batteries > right click Microsoft ACPI-Compliant battery > Uninstall and follow the prompts....
Chosen Solution Hello everyone, My airpods bottom part which is metallic is broken. What should I use to stick it back in? Would electrical tape be enough? Also, would that effect the charging? I suppose electrical tape might work but that may affect charging. Unfortunately there is not much you can do as Apple is so restrictive about repair there is no way you could get any replacement parts for airpods....
