Chosen Solution Hello, I have a Late 2011 MBP 13" and recently my Hard Drive stopped being recognized. So i took the cover off removed the drive installed it in an external enclosure and it worked. So i read here to install some tape above the SATA connector ribbon and i did but still didnt fix the problem. I also ordered the HD ribbon cable replacement and installed it and still no luck the laptop still doesnt recognize the HDD, i even tried ordering another cable hoping it was just a bad ribbon but still no luck....

Chosen Solution Hi i recently bought a xbox one that i am hoping to repair please can someone identify the components i might need to buy if this is at all repairable. Im not sure what could have caused this damage and not entirely sure if someone has already had a go at repairing it already. Chosen Solution I have philips 55pus6301 and I can see just a littlebit when I shine a light on the screen. What to do? fossdal86 remove the back cover from your TV. Check the power board. Use a multimeter to measure the outputs from the power board to a. the mainboard and b. the LED’s. LEt us know what voltages you get. It is possible that this is a power board issue for not supplying proper voltages to the backlight LED’s or that it is the backlight array which has failed....

Chosen Solution If I turn on my Roccat Kone XTD and I want to use it, my mouse doesn´t left- and rightclick. I don´t know what to do please help. When the mouse is older than 5 Years the buttons might be broken, but you wrote that with a hotkey they work ? So you should remove the driver and also delete the profiles etc. by deleting all folders and files from roccat on your pc....

Chosen Solution I’m having flickering issues headlights as well dash lights to have blown two sets of headlights in the last six months I was just driving down the road and it got black and I said ok let’s try high beams nope blew them as well few mins apart…no one seems to have an answer to any of my problem I’m stuck between a electrical issue , bad fuse/relay somewhere , bad ignition switch ,bad cluster ,or tipm or one of the control modules going bad she is 22 yrs old....

Chosen Solution Hi, I closed the lid of my MacBook Air last night with about 60% charge. This morning it will not boot, and the lights on the MagSafe connector will not light. I have tried the SMC reset but the computer is completely dead. Does this sound like an IO board problem? Thank you Hi P6 connectors are readily available and work with a variety of Nintendo models such as DS Lite, 3DS etc. It is a basic part so you do not need to have specifications, just search for P6 connector for DS Lite or 3DS....

Chosen Solution My 6s+ was plagued with the shaky tracking issue everyone else has. I bought a replacement and installed it. Now flash/led does not work and the camera is not recognized by any app. (Black screen). I reopened the phone and reinserted the OEM one… same issue. All connections are tight and everything is replaced as it should be. I’ve reseated the ribbons 10 times (which each camera, old and new) and restored my phone to factory....

Chosen Solution can the screws for the iPhone 6s fit for the iPhone 7 plus. Hi Emily, almost every screw in the iPhone 6s is different to the counterparts in the 7 Plus. However the bottom screws next to the charging port are the same. You can get the full screw Set for the 6s here and the set for the 7 plus here. yes they can be used i have done it before but i recommend getting some iPhone 6 screws...

Chosen Solution I have a 94 Shadow vt1100. I ride this bike often and it’s been running great until today when I tried to start it something went wrong with the electrical system. I got on the bike, turned the key on, flipped the switch on the handlebars and hit the starter switch and the bike turned over fine but didn’t start right away. No biggy, I hit the starter switch again and it started to turn the starter motor then everything went dark....

Chosen Solution In past could set alarm by asking Alexa to set alarm for a time specific. Now she says alarm set…then few seconds later say problem setting same. Help, thanks and Happy New Year. I had the same issue. My Echo Dot was connected to wifi and would interact and tell me the temperature. Every time I tried to set an alarm it would take the command, and then about 5 seconds later respond and say it had a problem setting the alarm....

Chosen Solution Hi, I was told by a display vendor that Apple has a barcode on the very edge of the display that has a unique identifier like a bar code to identify that display with that phone to prevent any non OEM parts Is this true I believe so. You lose TrueTone when you replace the screen unless you copy that serial number over to a the new display with a special tool....

Chosen Solution I tried restore error 9 second time is error 51 what is the problem ? It’s baseband chip issue. Need board-level repair to remove the chip and make jumpers on weak pads as shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T9BVR-o… Basically board level repair / micro soldering required.

Chosen Solution My 18 months old 27" LED Cinema Display now makes a constant buzzing noise. With backlight set to low, it’s not too audible. Up the backlight to the max, and the buzzing is now very loud. When I removed the front panel, to check which component make the buzzing, it appears to be behind the LCD panels. I didn’t go further. Where could I get the required parts? Any ideas?...

Chosen Solution When turned on the Vizio logo comes up dim and flickering and then appears to turn off. The picture can still be seen with a flashlight on the screen. Sound is fine. Based on what I’ve read it is most likely the power supply or the backlight but I’m not sure how to test or what parts to order. Included below are pictures of the boards. I have a multimeter but not sure what I should be testing....

My battery door is stuck, this happened because when I was trying to put the battery door back in, it got stuck somehow… I removed it so I could put a battery grip on it…but when I tried to put the battery door back I accidentally got it stuck somehow, and it’s gonna be costly if I can’t get it fixed myself.
