Do an interrupted print, print a job and open the top cover when the paper starts to feed out. Remove the paper and open the cover on the toner cartridge to see the remaining print image, check to see if there are lines that match up with the paper....
Chosen Solution Turned on bluetooth to both phone and tablet but says no devices found even though they are both paired I would take a look on each device at the ‘paired’ devices list. If you see the other device in the list, there should be an option to ‘forget’ that device. Do this on each device to clear them out. Then turn Bluetooth off and on on each device and try again....
Chosen Solution Hey, I just replaced my iPhone 5 battery. However, my front and rear camera as well as my flash are not working. I ended up disconnecting the front panel display because I had trouble keeping it upright while trying to pry out the battery. I’m pretty sure the 3 flex cables that connect the display are strained. I can occasionally get the rear camera and flash working when I bend the cables a bit, but I have never gotten the front facing camera working again....

Chosen Solution Hi I have an Apple USB Superdrive that has a CD stuck in it. None of the usual methods of ejecting the CD work, the drive isn’t even recognised by the system. The drive appears to be working because when I use the terminal command to eject it does respond but the CD doesn’t pop out. The CD is worth much more to me than the drive itself, I’d be happy to write it off if it means I can get the CD out without damage....

Chosen Solution hello i have accer inspire it is saying no bootable device and now i follow all the step but they is no option of legacy on my option If you are getting a “no bootable device” error, then your computer cannot access either Windows or the entire hard drive. Since you were able to get into you BIOS to see that there is no legacy option, try removing any USB drives that are attached to the computer and boot into BIOS again....

Chosen Solution I have done about 30 different iPhone 6 sceeen repairs last month. Most of them had no issues but about 3 of them have come back with backlight issues. Sent off for motherboard repair and it gets fixed. Any idea as to what may be causing this malfunction of the backlight chip? Customer damage and not being honest? are you sure they are backlight issues? there are horrible copy aftermarket screens getting around that do the same thing work fine then screen goes black with only backlight shining....

Chosen Solution Bought a replacement battery for my Spin 5, 13”. Same battery number, was able to install and power up, charge and calibrate the battery. Problem with the laptop not closing with the new battery installed. Only difference on the old and new battery are 2 small tabs on the lower side of the new battery, that seems to prevent the bottom cover from properly snapping together. Screws work but small bulges in the cover....

Chosen Solution I replaced the lcd of my screen , it’s on i can hear phone calls etc, when I plug it into the computer the computer doesn’t bring up iTunes or any notification. also during repairing the lcd I forgot to disable the battery and at the moment the power button doesn’t work so I can’t do a hard reset See if you can see anything on the screen with a flashlight on it after you wa kn e up the phone....

I can push a Q-Tip down through the hole inside the Bleach Dispenser compartment and see it exit through the bottom of the Bleach Dispenser tray, so nothing is clogged. There must be another reason why Bleach isn’t being pulled out of the Dispenser. I tried to understand the function of the Automated tests in Diagnostic Mode, but after the tests run, there’s no explanation of where to look for an error code....
