I had the same issue. its a boot loop, most likely caused by filling the internal SSD to the brim. the way I fixed mine was by using a usb drive installed with a usb bootable Linux distro and I deleted one of my games from the internal drives manually going thru the file system to find it. but an easier way to do it is to just follow the steps here https://help....

Pressed k key and jkl apperead. so I put the keyboard in the dish washer (as some youtube tutorials call it as good idea. After that nothing was working but the PC recognized the keyboard as Apple Keyboard. I opned it with the tutorial here and soldered the usb cable. Chosen Solution Apple logo then restart after change the battery If you still have the original battery try that one out and see if it boots up up properly. It might just be a battery problem if you can boot up on your original battery. Make sure the battery is snapped in properly, i had the same problem on my old IPhone 5. And also make sure you put the shield and the screws back on....
