Chosen Solution We have around 150 Lenovo 300e G1 chromebooks. the bottom case screws seem to fall out quite frequently. I can get a replacement set of screws, but it is all of the screws for a single chromebook. What are the specs for the bottom case screws so I can outsource just this screw? Thank you. Chosen Solution I have an iphone 6 plus (jailbroken) with a red screen of death. This happened after a screen repair… I have tried recovery mode and all that stuff. But it will not boot, when it tries to boot the red screen just pop up and it tries again. When i try to update or recover it, the thing flashes red and i get an error on iTunes. I have also tried disconnecting the camera cables....
Chosen Solution Ever since ios 11 came out I have been having issues only with 7 plus. i dont know if its the screen itself or the way i am taking out the ear speaker. not all the time but 2-3 times. once i put everything together. screen works, even front camera works but ear speaker doesn’t work. regular speaker, touch everything seems to be working. we do have original screens as well....
Chosen Solution I have a sticky A key. How to fix? You can try and get a syringe and fill it with isopropyl alcohol (95% or better) and spray it under the key cap and then use the key. Worked on an old Mac for me.
Chosen Solution = = Hi, my hp envy curved all-in-one 34-b010a has stopped working. Upon further investigation, I found out that the board was faulty. When the new board arrived I assembled the all-in-one and when I plugged it into power and turned it on, the laptop never booted (i did this without the case). I only found the fan and HDD turned on and off again and again. Is this normal, do I need to wait, or do I need to replace something?...

Dan had told me that the PHC is the likely culprit , so I justput in another board….only to get still the same issue, after about 15min. . Will Apple know that the shell was replaced when I bring it in? If they were paying attention, they will know for sure. Very few people can reassemble the phone back to factory quality. Apparently they usually don’t inspect the phone closely or disassemble to inspect like during repair so you may somehow pass....
Chosen Solution This is to fix leak via repair kit. Need to get into faucet to install kit parts. No luck getting cover off. I know there is a similar question with an answer but have have tried a strap wrench. Where I am at: removing the screw only is clearly not sufficienttried wrench, pliers, and strap wrench with considerable pressure but barely a hint it will move; put some WD-40 around base and right down the stem (may not be a good idea, but just trying stuff)now thinking that there may be something to work with from underneath - thought I’d ask hereI don’t have model of the faucet; faucet was here when bought the house and no obvious indicators (it isn’t American Standard, which shows as sink make) Any thoughts on usefulness on trying from below?...
Chosen Solution While doing repairs I realized I had torn off the optical drive power supply cable socket from the motherboard. That’s the white plastic thing with the metal parts. The metal pins are intact. Should I solder then back on? If so, do you have any tips? I can’t see if the solder pads on the board are damaged or not, from the look of the pins you should be fine....
Chosen Solution I have my iphone 11 pro max off to replace a cracked front screen under an apple care warranty, however the apple authorised store it’s with has just sent me a very suspicious sounding note saying they can’t get the screen off and that they want to order a brand new phone with a £79 excess instead… In my 13 years of iphone ownership and multiple cracked screens, I’ve never come across this....
Chosen Solution Hi new here. Broke my laptop a couple Of months ago. I just installed a new trackpad yesterday and a new battery. After installing the items I turned on the computer the thing booted however the screen got a drop in lighter in color but was a black screen. There is a possibility I dropped the computer once again I haven’t used it in several months. I went to a local computer store today and was suggested to plug the computer into a monitor and see if it boots because I wasn’t sure if it was a display issue or logic board issue since I know the graphics card is on the logic board....
Chosen Solution I was trying to clean fans. But I accidently took off the battery connector on mlb I just wonder is that part replacable? If yes, what’s the name of the small connector? Or I need to replace the whole mlb. Thanks. Ouch! Not good! Replacing might be possible if you hadn’t damaged the PCB pads it connects to and getting the connector will be difficult as well. This is going to need someone with deeper skills and tools to replace it....
