Should I change the battery to fix it ? Hi @aj081 , Changing a 2 year old battery is the quickest way to eliminate it if it is the problem. Even rechargeable batteries have a life span. Back up your phone before you do this, in case anything goes awry with the repair....
Chosen Solution I was replacing a battery for a customer, and it shorted. The battery was disconnected from the logic board, but when I put a metal spudger under it to pry it loose, the battery sparked and let out smoke. Do you think the battery released residual electricity into the phone’s housing? And if so, will the logic board be ok? Since logic board iphone has an sensitive component, even electro static could damage those component....
Chosen Solution Hi, I recently managed to revive my daughter’s water damaged iPhone 5, but it was suffering with intermittent signal problems and after replacing the screen, it wasn’t responsive all the time. I bought another iPhone 5 that had a damaged logic board, but “all the other parts worked”. Using the guides here, I removed my daughters logic board and put it in this other phone. Now it won’t turn on, and when plugged into the charger, it just pings every few seconds....
Chosen Solution I think you got other problems here ;-{ It appears the connector has lost a few of the contacts! The posts look like the screws are still inside! Did you need to use a lot of force to get the screws out or did the heads just pop off? As the pictures are a bit blurry I can’t tell if the someone forced things and tried covering it up....
Chosen Solution Are parts interchangeable the radiator According to my research, no it will not work properly if at all. They are two different radiators, and are not interchangeable with those model years (Silverado 2001 will not fit 1997 Tahoe).

However, it use OLED display which suffer from PWM problem which is not acceptable to me. Can I change the screen for a third party LCD part to remove the problem? Do not put an LCD on a phone designed for OLED....

Chosen Solution I change the memory, the power supply, the Logic Board and the Processor and change the hard drive just in case, but still one beep every 5 seconds!!!! What can I do? The iMac does not boot, just turn on the fan… I tried SMC reset and other keyboard fixes but the keyboard looks like does not have power. :-( On the Apple site it tells that there’s no RAM or it’s not supported....

Chosen Solution This was my 4th Air 2 screen replacement and it was a normal repair, nothing weird happened. I cannot get the unit to turn on now. iTunes doesn’t recognize it and when plugging it into a Apple charger it shows no sign of life. I pulled off the cover to check the components and found nothing to really be out of place. I used a loupe and took some pictures for you to check....

Chosen Solution I have a LG 49UH603V and the screen turned blue. Upon inspection the leds were almost all blue so I ordered a backlight kit to replace them. I first removed one strip (bottom row, closest to power on button) and replaced it by a new one to check if it was working. It wasn’t working but the rest of the old blue leds were turning on. Then I tried to replace the top row to see what was happening but then nothing was turning on....

The slack in the wires is intentional! Carefully curl the wires down into the hollow in a loop and then align the connector and press it down. Ideally, you do this before putting the logic board back in....
