Chosen Solution Looking to revive my old Macbook Pro 2009. It has been sitting in the basement because I have cracked the Metal Frame that mounts the LCD which is why I can’t close it. Everything else works fine except the wifi but that may be an issue with my battery since it already has a service warning. Any suggestions where I can find a replacement or what to search for (because I have been because welding it is not an option....

Chosen Solution I have an iphone 6s and i have the same problem like the dude with the iphone 5. When I plug it in on mute, it never vibrates, although there is current coming to the screen wires. Is there any other way I can make sure my phone works without a screen? Normally I plug it into a computer and see if its recognised by the computer. Normally if it is recognised by the computer then it probably works

Chosen Solution I have an old analog Nikon camera with a MD-12 Motor Drive in which three electrical wires have released from their soldering. I wonder if you could please help me with a pdf repair manual or a picture of the wiring diagram for the circuit board that is connected to the shutter release switch? The wiring diagram is in the repair manual but an ordinary picture of a circuit board with the cables attached is also OK....

Chosen Solution I replaced my charging port and when opening up my screen in the beginning I saw one of the metal long side portion of the screen kinda bent away from the digitizer itself but then went back now when I try and turn my phone on it starts up with the apple logo as usual then takes a bit goes to a blue screen sometimes with the bottom half speckled and then does the same thing back to the apple logo....

Chosen Solution I recently replaced my iPhone 5s digitizer/screen and everything works fine but now it seems like the battery drains almost 2x as fast as it did before the screen was changed. Chosen Solution So I got the phone opened up to the last step to remove the battery. I tried pulling on the tab to remove the battery and it ripped right off. So, my question is I tried to pry along the edges and quite frankly, I’m nervous to do it around the logic board and other areas, so how much pressure do I need to remove it? Can the battery be removed without the tab?...

Chosen Solution I have this PS5 that came into my shop for a routine HDMI port replacement which went smoothly until I tested it. I plugged it into my Sony TV which immediately recognized that a PlayStation 5 was plugged in and powered on (it changed the name from HDMI 2 to PlayStation 5). SO I know that the PS5 is sending a signal to the TV but that is the end of it....

Chosen Solution the charger cover has got broken and charger wont stay in to charge the fitbit can it be glued ? I took mine to the jeweler afer trying a couple different glues that didn’t hold. He obviously had the right stuff as it’s een fine since.

Chosen Solution Check engine light is on. The codes says camshaft sensor. so i replaced both sensors still the same. i have read that it is probably the cam phaser. when i drive at around 35 to 40 mph it feels like i am driving over rumble strips in the road. but when i get to about 45 to 50 mph it stops. I had the same problem and I had to change the main computer....

Chosen Solution My mother in law - who has dementia - gave my child her iPad however she is unable to remember her Apple iCode or the associated email address. Neither can she find the original receipt because, dementia. Apple won’t help because we have no proof of purchase so the iPad remains a useless device sitting in the bottom drawer unless we can somehow bypass Apple and get it up and running as a “new” device....

Chosen Solution I recently found an iPad Air 2 and it says its been reported lost and ereased can it be unlocked if it as not been reported stolen Any apple device that shows Activation lock and asking for an apple id and password that was linked to that device you can’t bypass / unlock it without the owner’s apple ID login. Only good for parts. It is not possible to unlock it....

Chosen Solution so i got this smartphone huawei like almost a year ago and was working fine until like 3 weeks ago,have been taking pictures and when u are looking at all the pictures u have been taking for the past 3 weeks some i can see and some are just a black square, but if u click on the black square u can see the picture but if u try to send it as a message , post it on Facebook or try to emailed or download, and can retreat the picture, now its getting even worse i take the picture i make sure it is showing on the page where u can see all ur picturesand later is say no thumbnail, like the picture is not there at all, but here is the thing is u go to the camera like u are trying to take another picture, there is a small window that show the last picture u took , and what do u know i can see the picture, but if i click on it it still say no thumbnail....

Chosen Solution I bought 2 sim cards and put them in the slot (I cleaned them both) after i run through my language and country it asks for a wifi or itunes I have selected both before same error message after I click next when i select wifi it says " “sim required” “please insert a sim card” BUT after i slide to unlock it says “no sim card installed” “insert a valid sim with no pin lock to activate this iphone” PLEASE HELP...

Chosen Solution Hi all, I have replaced a battery on my 2011 MBP with the battery recommended from iFixit. Everything went well during installation and right after, the battery worked perfectly. After installation of the battery, I depleted power below 10%, then charged fully un-interrupted. I thought everything was good to go. I then left town for one month and left the computer behind at home. When I left, i forgot to turn it off, and the laptop was closed in sleep mode, and unplugged from the charger....

Chosen Solution I was quoted by the mechanic for a lot of work on my Ford Focus. Given my past work on the car, he says that two jobs are within my abilities. I have the front brakes (calipers, rotors, brake pads) figured out. The second job is vague and I’m not sure where to find any information on the process, or what to even look up. Chosen Solution I have a 2011 GE above the stove Microwave oven it keeps tripping the 15 amp circuit breaker, i replace the breaker with a new one. When i push start it goes on for about 5 seconds the goes off. micro wave produce high voltage via magnetron .magnetron use a 2 poll connector for power please remove both connector and check both terminal with body ( ground) of magnetron if any terminal is short with body replace it please check magnetron Qaisar...
