Chosen Solution After changing out instrument cluster in VW Jetta Late 1999 model, oil light comes on. Have tried resetting the oil light according to instructions for this model but light still comes on. Would appreciate any help. Internal short in wiring? Power gremlins? Disconnected wire? Incorrect wiring? Actual low oil? Remove the new cluster, and check the wiring for any fraying, exposed copper, missing or unplugged connectors. If you have it, compare the old cluster’s wiring to the new one to see if there’s anything different....

Chosen Solution When pushing air flow buttons airflows does not change. Lights are working. What happens when you push button? Further research indicates blenddoor is not working. Chosen Solution All my car speakers don’t work after connecting my phone to aux input and charging it at the same time with a power adapter from within the car, the owner’s manual says doing this would cause the output to the speakers to sound poorly (since this surely creates a common ground from input and output at the sound system) but not to completely damage them, I know the speakers worked well before doing this but now the radio, CD player, aux don’t work, sound display still works though, I’m pretty sure it could be a fuse but I’m having troubles finding it since the fuse that controls audio system suppossedly also controls interior lights and that still works fine, anybody knows what could cause this issue and how could it be solved in a Toyota Yaris car?...

Chosen Solution As above. I replaced the display cable before this happened, and I tried turning the computer on and the power light, disk light, caps lock light, and WiFi light stayed on, but no signs of life. The HDD didn’t spin, the fans stayed off, and not even the power button responded to any input. I have heard that the onboard RAM (soldered to the mobo) might be bad, but as of right now I have no way to test it....

Chosen Solution Dropped my phone and can no longer detect sim or micro sd card. Repair shop says they don’t have the blueprint so they can’t proceed. Can someone be kind enough to show me where I can get the blueprint? You can get a subscription to zxw for schematics. I know it has Samsung but I don’t know if it covers the note 9. You can get a subscription for 69 dollars for 1 year....

Check the contacts on both your lens and your camera body. Make sure that those brass metal pogo pins on the body are working and that both those and the flat brass contacts on the lens(es) are clean....

Chosen Solution I changed out a family members screen with one from ifixit. She is saying it does a lot faster now. It was bought almost 2 years ago come this September so I’m assuming it’s just greatly battery age, as I wouldn’t expect an ifixit screen to cause drain. Is this normal? Check the battery degradation in settings, it may be that the battery is degraded alot and requires a replacment....

Chosen Solution Someone could give solution to the problem of: battery with 100% charge but fails to turn on, if it is not with the power adapter.? for RADIUS P55W-C5200X . There are a few things that could be checked. Firstly, if you can, replace the battery, it may be unable to hold a charge. The second potential problem is that the connectors from the battery to the motherboard are fried, that’s a bit harder to fix and will either require a microscope and dam good soldering or replacing the motherboard....

Chosen Solution I was using my BeatsX like I do for a normal day … but all the sudden it stopped playing the music. I thought it might be because of my phone, yet I check the phone it keeps working fine except the headset itself keep showing some sort of pink light (like forever). I tried resetting the device as they say on their website but you can’t because the buttons don’t work, apparently it’s a common fault with this speaker. does anyone know how to fix the issue?? Chosen Solution Hello everyone, About a week ago, the screen went black and the fan running at full speed. I opened it to see if any cables were loose and tried trouble shooting myself. I found nothing out of the ordinary so I did bought a new temp sensor for the screen to see if that was the problem and that did not work. I plugged an external display in and it works fine but the computer runs very slow due to it thinking it’s over heating....

Chosen Solution I have a D39h-C0. It worked fine one night, the next night I turned it on, there was no sound/display and a black screen. I replaced the power board, now I get nothing but a blue screen. @dmac1221 if it is a completely blue screen it is most likely that you are not getting any video source to the display. You did make sure that you have the proper power supply installed and you checked all your connections of course....

Chosen Solution My replacement screen has a bluish hue after installation… I’ve replaced several screens and not had this problem, also has a slight flicker on background screen. most likely its an aftermarket lcd. if you want the image to be crisp like the day u got it, you need to buy a oem refurbished lcd.

Chosen Solution Ok so I have a macbook pro early 2010 15” i5 620m I can get this to boot from an SSD or USB drive but it wont boot from a hard drive, I’ve replaced c9560 and can get to the desktop where graphics acceleration, sound, usb work, full keyboard fine everything as expected. My issue is the dark grey boot screen I cant get it out of that mode and it wont respond to normal keyboard prompts like holding option for boot selection or cmr+r for recovery mode....

Chosen Solution I dropped my iPad Air 2 and the screen cracked and scratched. The touch still works and all parts of my screen are visible and work. I am sure that only the digitizer is broken and not the LCD. I was wondering if all iPad Airs 1 and 2 have the same digitizer and if they are compatible. Please help me! Chosen Solution I recently broke the class of my iPhone 6s. I took it to a local repair shop (we don’t have Apple Store in our country) they charged me around 120$ but the replacement was horrable 1) The screen is blueish 2)The touch it terrable, I cannot easily swipe through trwitter or instagram. The question is: Is the replacement found at iFixit similar or better? The replacement is a low quality aftermarket one, the one from ifixit is much higher quality and should fix the issue....

Chosen Solution When turn on camera, it shows turn off and on camera ,after doing it it showing same thing. Parul the most common issue for that is a stuck lens. If your camera upon turning the camera on feels that it can’t be properly extended or retracted it can give you an error like that. Check between the lens and the camera body for any sand, dirt or any damage....

Chosen Solution The wireless USB dongle for my keyboard/mouse setup has become loose and will no longer stay in the USB port on my computer, so my keyboard won’t stay connected. The metal and the plastic parts have become loose so they are wiggly. Microsoft can’t replace just the dongle and only offered to replace the entire setup (meaning I would have to throw away a perfectly good keyboard and mouse - only a year old - because they can’t connect to anything!...
