Recently the main power cable to starter corroded away while at work…ended up shoving wire into broken end into the end of starter bolt where it broke off and was able to start it and get home….resulting in me having to change harnass. I unsoldered the stick and put a new one on, but the drift stick is now worse. No matter what joystick I put on, the behaviour of the drift is EXACTLY the same. Chosen Solution My 10 year old son’s old Ipad is no longer showing anything on the screen. You can see the backlight works, but the screen doesn’t show anything. You can hear sounds like when it is plugged in. When I hook it up to the computer, Itunes recognizes it. It says to click on the Ipad to accept the computer having access to the Ipad; this, of course, is where the issue lies....

Chosen Solution Even when I make sure to set my screen brightness as low as it will go the screen auto brightens five seconds later back to about 60 percent brightness This might be obvious, but are you clicking the apply/save button (if there is one) after adjusting the brightness. Also, check to see if you have an auto-brightness feature turned on.

Can you give any other part of model numbers on the computer. As Allan already said, yes you can replace it. But you can try to renew the thermal paste first and remove the dust inside, before you order anything....
