Chosen Solution I have a 1997 Ford Expedition I had a key for it with the security chip in it lost a chip now security light blinking. Got to transponder keys made and program to the truck and took it to the Ford dealership they couldn’t do it. I took the fuse out of it and it still won’t start. What else can I do to get it started. Chosen Solution Due to poor battery life, I decided to replace the battery myself. After putting in the new battery, the audio doesn’t work (there’s no internal speakers available), the system is slow, the MagSafe light doesn’t turn on, and the battery didn’t charge past 42%. I decided to put the old battery back in but the only thing that fixed was the ability to charge to 100% (no MagSafe light comes on still)....

Hi @tor_w , Seems as though the laptop is not starting correctly and passing POST. Perhaps due to a corrupted BIOS. Try a full power refresh and check if that resolves the problem. A power refresh restores the BIOS to its factory default condition. Any user defined BIOS settings that you have changed to suit your particular requirements will have to be made again Turn off the laptop and disconnect the charger if connected....

Chosen Solution The button to reelase the gas tank door does not work Check fuse number 8 (2nd row from the top, 3rd fuse from the left). It is a 20A fuse and is for the fuel filler door release switch as well as the trunk lid relay. you also want to check out your trunk,sometimes there is a pull cable to open the gas filler door in the trunk. Chosen Solution Howdy; With batt. fully charged I’m getting no power indications anywhere except headlight coming on. Does this point to anything in particular? @stumped01 looks like the headlight circuit comes right of the battery. I’d begin at the starter relay (you’ll find the main fuse there as well) and the connections to it and from it. Could be simply a bad fuse or a bad connection. Take a test light, a multimeter, a replacement relay on your travels to your bike and check it out....
