Chosen Solution I dropped my phone in the sea about 1 month ago and put it in rice for a day. After 2 weeks of leaving it I took it to Dubai and had them look at it. Just look at the second picture from the Teardown and you see on the uper left side a empty slot. It looks to me as it is a mSATA connector....

Chosen Solution I have the installation disks and product key from the operating system that I installed on my now broken macbook pro. The install disks are for osx tiger and then later i purchased an upgrade disk to install snow leopard on that computer. I cant use that computer anymore due to hardware failure but I also own a power G4 MDD desktop computer which is only slightly older than my broken macbook pro....

Chosen Solution i would like to know if it is possible to upgrade the processor on this laptop. something around the lines of i7 or AMD processor… The vast majority of laptops have the CPU soldered to the system board to save space because laptops have to be so much thinner than a desktop. Generally the only way to upgrade a laptop CPU is to put in a new system board....

If so, you can increase the memory to 8GB by replacing the 4GB memory module that is installed with an 8GB memory module. Chosen Solution Can my laptop be upgraded to run faster; i.e. add more RAM or upgrade CPU? That processor supports up to 8GB of RAM. The processor sadly is soldered to the motherboard (as is most these days) so you’re stuck with it. An ssd would speed it up considerably as well.

Chosen Solution So I replaced the screen of an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Repair went fine and everything seemed routine until the client reached out a couple days later saying the the display was acting up. After asking a couple questions and looking at the display to see if everything was still connected correctly, I gave them the phone back. A couple more days passed and now they reach out again with a similar problem so I assume it was just a faulty display and I replace it with another new screen I have from the same supplier....

Chosen Solution So I have replaced the tail light assemblies from the aftermarket ones, and now my blinker and brake light work on the driver side, but my running lights work for both the rear tail lights. Everything was going fine, but as I was putting my system back together, I realized that two ribbon cable tabs would not lock the ribbon cable in place no matter how hard I tried. Chosen Solution I recently replaced the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus. During my initial attempt I permanently damaged the (double bonded) flex cable for the speaker, sensors, & camera so I ordered a replacement. I got the replacement for that flex cable a couple days ago and installed it. Everything is working (camera, speaker & proximity sensor) except for the ambient light sensor. On the original screen I noticed that there is a white filter that I did not see an easy way to transfer to the replacement....
