And a tiny piece fell off from the logic board. I actually tested my MacBook before I tightened the screws and it worked fine. Chosen Solution I think this is a battery problem, but as I don’t have a spare battery, I can’t really test it. I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem or a solution. My battery is (allegedly) charged. The light on the adapter glows green, the battery icon claims 100%, even coconutbattery says it’s 100%, but when I unplug the adapter, the computer shuts off. It’s as if there’s no battery in at all....

Chosen Solution My samsung galaxy s8 battery drains very fast,even in idle mode. Customer care service says,its an issue of motherboard,battery replace will not solve this. How can i fix or refresh motherboard without repairing it? NB: phone overheats during charging. Thanks in advance. @jnemon I am not sure who your Customer care service but you do want to start with a new battery first. You cannot proper troubleshoot without doing that....

Chosen Solution Hi, I want to fix my Xperia Z by changing the digitizer part of the screen. I have already disassembled the Phone and I seperated the screen and the digitizer. There is a black foil between the screen and the digitizer which is now damaged. What is this foil good for? Do I actually need it or did I just destroy my screen? Chosen Solution where can i buy the joystick for the gamecube remote? You can go to eBay and look for joystick replacements. An eBay search for ‘GameCube joysticks" brings a bunch of listings of what you need. Fortunately, this should only set you back about $5 at the most. When you open up the controller, just pull up the broken joystick cap and pop on the new one. They just sit on a “rod” on the joystick component....

Chosen Solution Recently replaced my dock port assembly due to a speaker issue. Since then I’ve been told by callers that they hear an intermittent buzzing sound. I’ve re-opened the phone to make sure the gold metal prong near the mic is touching the chrome bezel and it is. What else could it be? Did I receive a bad dock port assembly? Help! I have seen this problem before and it was caused by a bad mic and or connection on the dock....

Chosen Solution camera will not turn on even though battery says its fully charged. Might be that the battery is dead. Sometimes battery packs fail in such a way that they can no longer accept charge. The charger will say they’re full: you put in the battery, the yellow light (charging) will come on maybe for a second or not at all, then the green light (battery full) comes on. But of course, since the battery holds little or no charge, when you put it in the camera, it won’t power up....

Parts are available at places like this. the only issue is that there are no good guides out to follow.. You’d depend on something like this and this Nikon Coolpix P510 LCD Screen Window Replacement which is very similar to your camera. Take lots of pictures when you perform the repair and create a new guide for the next person that has the same issues....

Chosen Solution I just installed a new screen on my G7 power{purchased from ifixit). I got it all back together and it won’t turn on. I didn’t break anything and was very careful not to damage anything. Went back together just add it came apart have you tried plugging it in and see if itll come on? if it does then your battery cable is either not seated right or has been damaged....

Chosen Solution Message in question title appears on screen. Nothing new connected. How do I get rid of message? Try cleaning out the USB port with a little alcohol and toothpick. Very carefully, with the TV unplugged. If that doesn’t solve it, you’ll need to provide us with your model number. Hope this helps! Another question by the way, also related to the screen, is that what do you think…should I replace my screen because I have like white splotches on it. So like when I open an app like YouTube with its white background I can see them much more than on a dark background....
