Chosen Solution It has possible water damage and took some impact. Phone screen will not light up at all, but is not broken (great screen protector). There might be a hole in the battery and it was smoking last night. Definitely smell chemicals. Tried plugging it in, and would only vibrate consistently, but not exactly turn on. Can this be fixed? Sorry for horrible picture, working off horrible tablet. Hi Kristan, If there was smoke coming out of it I highly doubt it can be fixed....

Chosen Solution So I deiced I was going to go in the pool so I brought my iPhone x in which is suppose to be water proof i put it in for like 1 minute tops. when i took it out it was fine i dried off and then ten minutes later i charged. i came back to it 30 minutes later i started using and it was fine then all of sudden my phone turned off and went black so i went on it again and the same thing happened....

Chosen Solution The vinyl finish of my ear pillows is falling apart, shedding the vinyl surface like it has leprosy. Additionally, the right headphone’s ear pillow is separating from the seam where it connects to the speaker. Anywhere you can buy replacement parts and get them installed? Chosen Solution So I attempted an LCD replacement from a mid 2015 BTO integrated graphics card, replacement Lcd was to be installed in my mid 2015 dual graphics card. All the connections were the same nothing was different, except after powering on the display there is no light, although you can see the desktop folders icons and etc. Nothing leads me to believe that the display was defective in any way shape or form as it works in the previous machine MBP....

Chosen Solution I have a iphone 6, i replaced the screen and it worked for a while then it stopped working. i heard it could be because when you put the cables and put the screen back on you have to bend them a special way. Chosen Solution My 6 yr old Kenmore washer has started agitating while filling and pouring water while spinning. I’ve had to leave the lid open initially and then turn the water off during the spin cycle. Thank you for your help. The problem could be a faulty timer or pressure switch. Chosen Solution I have a 6S that is a bit weird. It goes to the Apple logo then recovery mode. it always enters recovery mode, even when updates successfully, it keeps entering recovery mode. No error code appears because the update is successful. I’ve disassembled this and the board gets warm when updating, not hot like it has a short anywhere but quite warm. Really weird one this and I’m not 100% sure what testing can be done to figure this out, possibly testing certain voltages first?...

Chosen Solution I am looking for detailed instructions on removal and replacement of the adhesive between the battery and the device I use iFixit’s adhesive remover for stuff like that. Just put a few drops (one drop per 2 inches and spread it out ) onto the adhesive and the adhesive should go kaput to the point where you can scrape/peel it off. iFixit Adhesive Remover
