Do you mean you changed the charging flex? If so it sounds to me like it’s not connected right. These can be a pain to connect if not lined up straight. There are some holes on the flex that should line up with white dots on the back of the shell, this makes it easier to get it in the right place....

Even in the JBL Connect there’s always full bar. I was using it all day and when I came home I charged it. When I put it to electricity only 2 leds were lit and third was blinking. Connect to the charger, I can see normal charging indication, however the battery never get charged and the unit can’t turn ON. I recently replaced the battery but the issue remain the same. Chosen Solution I installed a new lcd and now it will not do anything it made a single vibration when i plugged into power but nothing more. i have disconnected and reconnected the battery connector and lcd connectors but still nothing. Chosen Solution So the first time this happened was yesterday, and I waited for about 1 hour and the computer worked properly until 7-8 hours ago. In the time while it was working, I have closed and opened the lid multiple times but when I open it the last time (7-8 hours ago) it was the same problem and I waited like 5 hours but it didn’t fix itself. Chosen Solution I recently installed an m.2 SSD on my late 2013 27” iMac. Before reinstalling the screen with adhesive, it booted to MacOS like normal and showed the new SSD. I shut it down, disconnected the screen, installed new adhesive and reinstalled the screen. Now when I try to boot it up the screen does nothing and it just plays the startup chime over and over again. I’m not sure if it could be caused by an issue with the screen installation or if I have a bigger issue....
