Chosen Solution This is my first time into a ipad & I picked a mini. My first soldering of a flex connector went pretty well. My problem is the bottom inch of the digitizer, when holding the unit vertical, does nothing. Otherwise the digitizer seems to work well. Should I try to resolder the flex to the digitizer board. What end of the cable controls the very bottom of the digitizer....
Chosen Solution Hi.got a Vauxhall corsa with inbuilt stereo. Getting sound from the aux cord or CD player but not from the radio.any ideas? I don’t know if you managed to sort your problem out but if not then here’s a few things to look out for. If your stereo is DAB then try an FM or an AM channel & see if you get any static sound from the speakers....

While you could do that, finding a board will be a bit of a hunt! The i7 2.6 GHz 16GB logic board for this system is one of the rarest boards as it was so desirable as an upgrade years ago....

The mobile will not switch on, there’s no light indicator, no vibration, no logo nothing, no life what so ever. l googled online ways of to try and get it back to normal to no avail. The mobile is 2 years old but in excellent condition, always been in a 360’ protected case and in excellent working condition before this issue....
Chosen Solution After changing screen, the Home button, volume button and sound does not work. Everything else does seem to work just fine. Any ideas on what happened here. The front camera flex cable on the iPhone 7 Plus seems to be very sensitive. The first thing I would check for is to make sure there is no small tears to the cable. If the cable seems to be intact, remove the front camera flex cable and ensure that the black adhesive sticker is covering the gold contact pads on the flex cable....
