Chosen Solution I bought a new battery because the old worked only for 1 hour and capacity 65%. After the replacement I made PVRAM and SMC reset. Mac does not want to start without a charger. I turn on the charger and after that it works well, it shows that it is charging. When I turn off the charger at restart it comes to chime and turns off again. Also don’t wake up from sleep mode....

The reason this is (And the reason you enabled it) is to ensure thieves can’t get into the bios of the laptop. So if they had a reset, that would defeat the purpose of this feature.
