Chosen Solution I own an Asus S410un 14inch display laptop and its HDMI port is not working I was not able to connect to an external display since its USB-c port is Gen 1 and it doesn’t support screen casting. The local repair store said that the port could not be replaced since the port is on board. if you have any solutions I would be more than happy to hear....

Chosen Solution As soon as the batteries are replaced and my Canon powershot SX120is is switched on, while trying to take pictures the low battery signal appears flashing on the screen and the camera switches off automatically. I have tried with new batteries of the best quality i could find but the problem remains. might want a new motherboard. i have same problem and have enquired with Canon and local camera shops....
Chosen Solution OK, got myself a new project 15"MBP. It will not boot, but fan is spinning, green light on mag, then orange. Will give me 3 beeps with 2 RAM sticks, 1 beep with 1 stick in the upper slot, no beep but still no boot with the stick in the lower bay. This is done with a known good RAM stick from my 17"MBP. Any ideas on how to proceed....

As a DIY repair all you can do is to open the phone and check that the display cable is securely connected to the systemboard and if so, then to temporarily replace the display assembly and check if there is a display or not, to prove whether the problem is in the display or the systemboard....

The camera froze and I closed it through the multi task bar, and when i went to go open it again i now get a “WARNING; CAMERA FAILED" error everytime I open it. Chosen Solution Totally my fault, my side view mirror, driver side, was pushed up, and broke the connection to the base. The mechanics of the mirror still work, but the mirror, obviously, is loose. I can see where the round base was snapped off. Can I find some thick, heavy glue and just reglue the mirror down? Chosen Solution I bought my laptop with TN matrix display and that everybody know there is very bad colors and angel of view. What type of screen I need to get and replace ? It’s really hard to take screen with different display , neither TN , IPS , or anything like that. You can do it, but it’s really hard as i said because you will have to test a lot of monitors to find the compatible one, even though you will have the right code....
Chosen Solution I love my 2gb white 1st gen iPod nano, that being said I was sad when I lost it four years ago and just recently found it. when plugged it only gives a white screen. I’m 95% sure that the logic board is dead as it makes a quiet humming noise as well and I can not get it to read off of my computer. However, I bought it with 350ish songs on it that I really like and are now nostalgic to me and I don’t want to lose them and I can not put them back on there as I don’t own them and I can’t remember all the songs on there....

Chosen Solution the slider tab has crackes over it could that be why i cant use the sider Christine Funk, yes it is entirely possible that the digitizer circuit is interrupted where your glass is broken. Replace the digitizer, or my personal; favorite, replace the assembly.
