Chosen Solution I’ve got the no bootable device error occurring on my nitro 7 and I’ve tried opening bios and was going to change the UEFI settings to legacy however legacy doesn’t exist as an option. I tried pressing f9 and load default configuration thing that also doesn’t work I also tried disabling and enabling secure boot that also doesn’t work. The system time also seems to be correct so thats probably not the issue ....

Chosen Solution I’ve had my keyboard for about 4 years now with no issues. Until that is, one day I went to turn it on and I noticed 3 keys (D, F#, and A#) were dead. The keys in the lower octaves are fine, but around the middle range is where the dead keys start. (Not sure of exact terminology lol). I opened up my keyboard to look at the circuit board and noticed some corrosion....

Chosen Solution Name is not showing while in my other phone networks works prperly Hi This is a hard one to say as you would need a phone with the same WiFi chipset or the same phone to see if it’s a issue 5Ghz networks are shorter range but have better capabilities The reason why other devices are picking it up and your one isn’t may be due to it having a different WiFi chipset Different chipsets are good at doing different things so some might pick signals up better than others If you are unsure about compatibility I would ask the manufacturer I would also try restarting your device and restarting your router It could be worth checking if your device need to have it turned on in settings too Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)

After I slightly droped my iPad (on it’s back) I started noticing unpleasant behaviour - a vertical “strip” of digitizer periodically turns off with no impact from outside. I simply hold it and slightly touch the screen, and 1 time it works flawlessly, 1 time doesn’t at all But if I do a hard reset (home + power buttons) the issue is seemingly gone. For some time… I opened it up and reconnected the digitizer connector, but it seems to get worse Does that signal the screen is broken (visually it’s absolutely ok) or do digitizers die instantly?...

Was the smoke white before you added the oil? If a lawnmower engine blows white smoke out its exhaust, it means that the engine is burning oil - meaning that there is too much oil in the engine. If you added more oil to your lawnmower after it already had more than enough, you’re in for a bit of trouble....

Chosen Solution My car stereo receives the AM stations with no problems but only receives static on the FM stations. Do I need to replace the car antenna or buy a new stereo unit? AM reception is much less sensitive to the connections of the antenna than FM stations are. For example, you might be able to receive AM stations with just the ground wire of the antenna connected to the radio and not the center wire (which connects to the antenna’s main mast)....

Chosen Solution Since I got a new Internet Router my apple keyboard has failed, I am using it with a PC monitor and luckily I have a ‘Splinktech’ replacement keyboard, but keyboard shortcuts do not seem to work in this new item. I have tried putting in new ‘Energiser”alkaline batteries, but to no advantage; I would much prefer to have the original Apple keyboard operative. Your Router may offer a WiFi option....

Chosen Solution Hi, I know it’s 2022 already, but I have this iMac 2010 27 and I was able to make it run recently. First I broke the screen ribbon cable port on the board while upgrading it to ssd.. but a friend tech was able to solder a new port/connector on that so it was running for a few weeks until the screen started to flicker.. as of now the screen wont light so I assumed that the ribbon cable should be replaced so I did but it didnt work....

Chosen Solution I dropped my laptop today like a fool, and the corner of the aluminum casing bent. Just the casing is bent but its bent in a way that is pushing my screen forward. Is this fixable and can I fix it myself or do I need to take it to a shop? Hi, It may be a case (pun not intended) of dismantling the whole laptop so that you can get to the lid cover behind the LCD display (if this is what you mean) and gently straightening it out....

Chosen Solution Hey all! My coworker was working laying down with his iPhone 8 Plus in his pocket which seems to somehow have killed the screen and digitizer, everything else seems to be working. He doesn’t have any backups of his phone so now I’m trying to recover his data for him. The only response I get from the phone is from the taptic engine. He said first the screen went grey so he restarted the phone and since then the screen has been black....

Chosen Solution So this mac-book fell from car seat to the indoor ground like 30 cm I didn’t think it would impact the laptop in any way later on back home i plugged it in to an external screen everything seemed fine except the screen on my laptop stayed black it isn’t even recognized as a screen anymore in the OS the only screen the system shows is the external one i tried rebooting a lot of times with everything unplugged in windows in mac OS i tried to disable and re-enable the graphic cards driver, nothing!...

Chosen Solution I have just replace the internal drive with a SSD drive, on my iMac (27-inch, Late 2012) 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7. I have put it all back together as described in the ifixit guide. The computer starts up with no chime. but the screen is black. Once the iMac has started I can access this macs log-in screen via Apple Remote Desktop, but the fan is fairly noisy....

Chosen Solution Hi, can anybody please tell me which part this is! It was blown and my laptop wasnt charging anymore. I have to replace but dont know where to find the new part. I’m reasonably sure that we’re looking at a fuse for the charging module. These circuit boards are plentiful and inexpensive on eBay. I think it may be time for you to do some shopping!

Chosen Solution 2006 bmw 530i no injector pulse crank but no start. Starts with starter fluid but shuts right off after starter fluid runs out. Has spark has compression and timing is good what could be the problem? Hi, Can you hear if the fuel pump is operating? There is a fuel pump relay (K96 - relay panel behind glove compartment) that is operated by the ECM and the pump should operate as long as the ignition key is in the start position and then the pump will continue to run once the engine starts....

Chosen Solution I bought this phone in india 3 months ago and brought to USA and been working with AT&T. But 2 weeks ago stopped recognizing sim card for calls but mobile data is fine. Not sure if it’s software or hardware issue and how to fix it! Get a phone that recognizes the sim and disable sim lock. Try resetting your phone.

Chosen Solution The display of my mid-2013 MacBook Air is misbehaving for a while, and now it became pretty much unusable. For a while I could adjust the position of the lid such that the display was working correctly, but now even this became impossible. Chosen Solution I need to replace my Galaxy S9’s charging port daughterboard, and I noticed that the part is available on iFixit for $30, while it can be found on other part sites for less than $10. Is there a reason for such a price difference? Are fake/low quality versions of this part widespread? I really don’t want to spend $30 on a part if there’s little to no risk in buying the much cheaper alternative....

Chosen Solution I replaced both camshaft position solenoids on my 328i. The oil level is good, with clean oil. The P0012 and P0015 codes did not clear and car will not start. There are two pending trouble codes P0010 and P0013. Where do I go from here? Make sure all your new parts are OEM. Make sure your oil viscosity is as called out in your owners manual. The variable valve timing components won’t work properly if you change the viscosity....

Chosen Solution Hi Could be possible remplaced Nexus 5 official battery for another one, complying size and conector possition or the alimentation? You can replace the battery by following the teardown guide, but I’m not sure if anyone makes a compatible battery with better performance. Of course, a new battery will perform better than a two to three year old battery.
